Our Certified Residential Appraisers provide ANSI Z765-compliant pre-listing measurements to ensure your home’s square footage is accurate before going to market. MLS and county records are often outdated or incorrect — and inaccurate measurements can cost sellers thousands of dollars. With our verified measurements, you can price with confidence, avoid leaving money on the table, and give buyers the assurance that your listing is based on today’s most trusted measurement standards.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We recognize that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with respect for our team's time and scheduling. Measurement-Only Appointments (Level 1 Services) More than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule: No cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule: A $150 cancellation fee will apply to cover the reserved appointment slot and associated travel preparations. Full-Service Pre-Listing Appraisals (Level 2 or Level 3 Services) Canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection: A full refund will be issued. After the onsite inspection (but before work has begun): a 50% refund will be issued. Once work has begun (including, but not limited to, comparable selection, data analysis, and/or report drafting): The service becomes non-refundable. Please note: Our appraisal team typically begins work within 24 hours of the onsite inspection. Once this process has started, the order is considered in progress and no longer eligible for refund. If you foresee the need to request a refund for any reason, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
